We have come to the tough decision to offer Taj*Mahal for sale to someone else who is interested in having his genetics in their herd. We have kept some of his daughters and need to make room for our young Stallion.
Taj is 19 years young. No known health or soundness concerns. Excellent fertility. Taj has excellent conformation, legs and feet. He is known for passing on his good, straight strong legs, strong topline, and excellent hip to his foals.

Taj has spent his life as a breeding stallion. In Quebec he was used for pasture breeding. Here, in BC, he has been trained to hand-breed as well. He is a friendly and non spooky horse around people and does enjoy being groomed. Taj was lunged, saddled and backed a few times but not trained further. He was quiet and uncomplicated about it.
I am looking for a new breeding home for Taj where he can continue to pass on his wonderful genetics. My preference would be that he continue to sire more purebred Canadian foals but he would also be an asset crossed with other breeds to create strong, sound, all around horses.
Taj stands 15.3hh and has very naturally balanced, rhythmical gaits that are well suited to a variety of disciplines and that he tends to pass on to his offspring.
We also have some 2026 colts sired by Taj*Mahal available when weaned in the fall.
