Halifax has been blessed with a sweet, sensible and gentle disposition. She is friendly and likes to greet you at the gate to be caught. Halifax has excellent feet and clean legs with no known injuries or lameness issues. She ties, loads, trailers, good to trim etc.
Halifax is just starting her 3rd month of training under saddle. She has a solid start walk/trot/lope and is learning a basic spin/rollback/leg yield and to soften and bend. She is forward moving without being hot, and is not dull or lazy. She has been straight forward to start under saddle and has never offered to buck, bolt, rear, kick or bite. She wants to be a good girl and get along. She gets along well in a herd and tends to be lower on the pecking order.
I see Halifax as having lots of potential as an all around western riding (with extra potential for sorting cattle as she has some great natural roll backs and good working cow maneuvers) as well as a driving horse with her smaller size and sensible nature.
We are offering Halifax for sale to an approved home. She will remain in training until sold and price will increase monthly as her training and experience increases.
